KMU Entry test result 2012 announces on 16th July 2012. KMU Entrance test was conducted on 15th July 2012 by ETEA. KMU Entry test result will be required for admissions in all public and private sector medical colleges and universities of KPK.KMU (Khyber Medical University) supervised the medical entrance test for admissions in all the public and private sector medical institutes of KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). The entry test was can conducted by ETEA (Education Testing and Evaluation Agency). So this entry test is also known as ETEA Medical Group Entry test Result 2012.

Merit / Aggregate Determination

EXAMINATION / TEST WEIGHTAGE

SSC or equivalent level examination 10%

Adjusted marks in F.Sc or equivalent examination 40%

Entrance Test 50%

EXAMPLE:

A candidate has obtained marks:

SSC or Equivalent qualification 650/850 or 76.5%
Adjusted HSc. marks or equivalent level marks 870/1100 or 79.1%
Entrance Test Marks 460/800 or 57.5 %

His/ Her merit will be calculated as follows:

%age mark Weightage = Weightage Factor Marks

a. Weightage for SSC = 76.5 x 0.1 = 7.65
b. Weight age for F.Sc = 79.1 x 0.4 = 31.64
c. Weight age for Entrance Test = 57.5 x 0.5 = 28.75

Merit score of the candidate = a+b+c = 7.65+31.64+28.75 = 68.04
