BZU BA,BSc Supply Exams Admission Form Schedule

BZU (Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan) announces that the BA,BSc Supplementary Exams will start from 12th November 2011. The schedule for submitting the Admission form with dues is given below

Form Submitting Dates

Deadline for Submitting forms without Late fee…..30-09-2011

Deadline for Submitting forms with Double fee…….08-10-2011

Deadline for Submitting forms with Triple fee……….04-11-2011

Examination Fees:

BA  ……………………………………… Rs 2000/-

BSc………………………………………..Rs 2300/-

Practical Fee only for BA………..Rs 300/-

Note

• Only students having compart in exams will appear in Supplementary Exams
• Admission Form will be available from the Habib Bank and United Bank Branches and also submitted to the respective branches.
• Downloaded Admission form will be submitted to the HBL and UBL Branches with  Admission fee.
• Supply students will attach the mark sheet of their failed result (If mark sheet is not yet received then mention your Roll number, Exam Year and Registration Number)
• Admission forms cannot be submitted by hand or by mail. Completely filled Admission forms are accepted in the Bank.
