PU BA,BSc Supplementary Exams 2012 Registration Form & Date

Punjab University BA, BSc 2nd Annual Exams 2012 will commence from 4th October 2012. PU BA ,BSc Supplementary Admission form 2012 for the registration of 2nd Annual exams are also given below. BA BSc Supply exams registration 2012 of PU has started. Last date for the submission of Admission form or Registration Form is 31st August 2012 (Extended). Students intending to appear in the BA,BSc supplementary exams of Punjab University should submit the registration form along with the fee before the last date of registration (31st August 2012).

Punjab University BA/BSc Supplementary Examination 2012 will commence from October 4, 2012, for which roll number slips have been dispatched to all candidates on their addresses. If any candidate has not received slip, he/she can receive the duplicate slip from BA/BSc Section, Exams Department New Campus. It is pertinent to mention here that candidate will have to come with a copy of National Identity Card..

Khyber Medical College Admission 2012, KMC Merit List 2012

Notice about KMC Peshawar Admissions 2012. Details of Khyber Medical College Merit Lists, Khyber Medical College Admissions Schedule and Admission forms available here.Admissions in Khyber Medical College starts in August 2012. The admission in KMC is organized by joint Admission system of Khyber Pakhtunkwa. Students who want to admission in MBBS and BDS programs of Khyber medical college have to apply for the combine admission procedure which is initiated to admit the students in all the Public sector medical colleges of KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkwa).

Khyber Medical College Merit List 2012

The merit list will be displayed after the conclusion of the admission procedure. The provisional merit list will be displayed on 20th September 2012. Students are advised to check this merit list for any error. Submission of Claims and objection regarding the provisional merit list must be reported on 21st September 2012 and 22nd September 2012. After that the final merit list will be available on 25th September 2012.

Merit Calculation

The final aggregate is prpared according to the following weightage

SSC or Equivalent qualification = 10%
Adjusted HSc. marks or equivalent level marks= 40%
Entrance Test Marks = 50%

EXAMPLE:
A candidate has obtained marks:

i. SSC or Equivalent qualification 650/850 or 76.5%

ii. Adjusted HSc. marks or equivalent level marks 870/1100 or 79.1%

iii. Entrance Test Marks 460/800 or 57.5 % His/ Her merit will be calculated as follows:
%age mark Weightage = Weightage

Factor Marks

(a) Weightage for SSC = 76.5 x 0.1 = 7.65

(b) Weight age for F.Sc = 79.1 x 0.4 = 31.64

Merit score of the candidate = a+b+c = 7.65+31.64+28.75 = 68.04

Final calculation in percentage will be rounded up to two decimal points.

There are approximately 280 seats in KMC for the MBBS program. These seats are further divided in open merit and reserved quota seats. The details about these distribution of seats will be mentioned in the combine prospectus 2012 of KPK Medical colleges admissions 2012.

NTS NAT Test Registration/Application Form Download 2012

The registration form of all NAT test are separate from each other and after last date of form submission that application form is expired. Details of PU BA,BSc Registration 2013

All prospective candidates are informed that Private Registration for B.A/B.Sc. Annual Examination 2013 to be held under The University of the Punjab is commencing from April 16, 2012 with registration fee of Rs. 1850/-. The last date for submission of Private Registration Forms is June 29, 2012. Private registration with Rs. 500/- late fee will be carried out for July 02, 2012 to July 31, 2012. However late fee for registration will be Rs. 1000/- wef 1st August, 2012.

•	Students who have passed Intermediate or equivalent examination in 2011 or earlier are eligible for B.A / B.Sc. Examination 2013. Individuals who have passed supplementary Examination 2011 must attach original Fail Certificate of 2011 Annual Examination with the registration form. The registration form is not acceptable without original result card and will be rejected.
•	Following must be attached with the registration form:

–	Matric, Intermediate or IBCC Equivalence Certificate.
–	The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate and his/her father.
–	One Original photograph.
–	NOC if F.A or equivalent examination has been passed under a Board outside Jurisdiction of University of the Punjab.
–	Original Bank Challan of Rs. 1850/-

•	The candidate must write personal postal address as it will be kept in University record and, in future, Roll No. Slips, Result Card and Degree will be forwarded on the same address. Registration forms through Private College, Academies and Care/of addresses will not be accepted.
•	Registration forms will be received by hand or by post individually. Registration forms sent by academies and private colleges in bulk will not be accepted.
•	Candidate must fill his/her form himself/herself and get it attested from a gazetted officer.
•	Registration forms with incomplete details/documents and not fulfilling eligibility conditions will not be considered or accepted and will be rejected.
•	Registration forms will be available at selected branches of Habib Bank Limited and Punjab University Information Cell near IER bus stop Quaid-i-Azam Campus for a fee of Rs. 15/-. Additionally forms can also be downloaded from website.(Detail of eligibility and documents required is also given on backside of registration form)

Note: Only Second Prof. passed Medical, second Prof. Passed B. Pharm, second year passed Dental and Nursing/Mid wifery passed candidates are eligible for B.Sc private registration.
