BZU BA,BSc Supply Exams Admission Form Schedule

BZU (Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan) announces that the BA,BSc Supplementary Exams will start from 12th November 2011. The schedule for submitting the Admission form with dues is given below

Note

Only students having compart in exams will appear in Supplementary Exams
Admission Form will be available from the Habib Bank and United Bank Branches and also submitted to the respective branches.
Downloaded Admission form will be submitted to the HBL and UBL Branches with Admission fee.
Supply students will attach the mark sheet of their failed result (If mark sheet is not yet received then mention your Roll number, Exam Year and Registration Number)
Admission forms cannot be submitted by hand or by mail. Completely filled Admission forms are accepted in the Bank.

PU (Punjab University) has announced the admission in the Engineering Programs for year 2011. Punjab University offered the Admissions in BSc Engineering in the following disciplines:

2.    B.Sc. (Engg.) Chemical Engineering (With specialization in Petroleum & Gas Technology)
3.    B.Sc. (Engg.) Metallurgy & Materials Engineering
4.    B.Sc. (Engg.) Electrical Engineering*
5.    B.Sc. (Engg.) Industrial Engineering*
* Not offered in Self-Supporting Evening Programme.

Availability of Prospectus and Admission Forms…………….20-9-2011

Last date of Submitting admission forms………………………..08-10-2011 (up to 4:00 pm)

Prospectus and Admission Form:

Prospectus, along with prescribed application form, will be available on cash payment of Rs.400/- (on all working days including Saturdays) from the admission cell at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Quaid-e-Azam Campus (New Campus).
Prospectus may also be obtained through post by sending a Postal Order/Bank Draft for Rs. 450/- drawn in favour of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of the Punjab, Quaid-e-Azam Campus (New Campus), Lahore-54590, along with the mailing address.
Application on the prescribed form duly filled in and accompanied by requisite documents mentioned in the prospectus must reach by hand/by post in the admission cell of the Faculty by 8th October 2011 (up to 4:00 p.m.).

APPLICATION SHALL NOT BE RECEIVED THROUGH ANY MEANS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION.

Eligibility:

	Must be domiciled in Punjab
	Must have appeared in the Combined Pre-Admission Entry Test conducted by the University of Engineering and Technology (U.E.T.) Lahore, on 11th September, 2011. The Test is mandatoryfor admission and will carry 30% weight-age for determining merit.
	Must have passed examination in year 2009, 2010 & spring 2011 obtaining at least 60% marks :
•	F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent * OR
•	B.Sc. or equivalent with any of the following subject combinations : (i)Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (ii)Physics, Chemistry, Statistics (iii)Physics, Mathematics A & B Course (iv)Physics, Mathematics, Statistics (v)Chemistry, Mathematics A & B Course (vi) Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, preceded by F.Sc.(Pre-Engineering) OR
•	Relevant Diploma of Associate Engineer from the Board of Technical Education in Chemical Technology / Chemical Processing Technology / Petroleum Technology / Petrochemical / Metallurgy & Welding / Foundry & Pattern Making / Electrical Technology / Electronics.
	Must not be above 24 years of age (F.Sc. / DAE Basis) and not above 26 years (B.Sc. Basis) on 11th September, 2011.
*	The candidate applying on the basis of A-level qualification must submit both O-level and A-level Equivalence Certificates from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.

UET Lahore 1st Merit List 2011

UET (University of Engineering and Technology) Lahore will display the 1st Merit List 2011 of the admitted candidates in the Undergraduate Programs of UET. This Merit List will also contains the Merit List for the Open Merit basis, Self Finance Basis and other categories etc. Also the students who applied in the other campuses of UET i.e UET Faisalabad Campus, UET Rachna Campus, UET Kalashah Kaku Campus. The date of displaying of 1st Merit List is not yet announced. The Merit List will be announce on 30th September 2011.

THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF DUES AND DOCUMENTS IS WEDNESDAY 5-OCT-2011.

OTHER DATES, SUCH AS REGISTRATION, HOSTEL ALLOTMENT, SUBMISSION OF DUES FOR SUBSEQUENT MERIT LISTS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME AS ANNOUNCED IN THE PROPSECTUS.

Many “S” category students have yet to submit their original attested documents and Form-VIII. They are advised to do so as soon as possible and before 5-OCT-2011. Failure to do may result in cancellation of their admission.

Kinfly note that students who were unable to deposit IBCC Equivalence Certificate have not been included in the merit calculation. If they deposit the equivalence certificate by 5-Oct-2011, their applications would be considered while calculating the second merit list.

Islamia University Bahawalpur BSc Eng Admissions

IUB (Islamia University Bahawalpur) is going to announce the Admissions in BSc Engineering for year 2011. Islamia University Bahawalpur will offers admissions in the Engineering department on the basis of UET Combined Entry test which is conducted by UET Lahore on 11th September 2011. You can also check your UET Entry test Result HERE. The result of UET Entry test was declared on 18th September 2011. Basically the Admissions in IUB falls in two categories Morning Session and Evening Session.

Engineering Programs

Recently 4 disciplines of Engineering are being offered at Islamia University Bahawalpur. The Engineering Programs are as Follows
