Punjab University PU BA, BSc Admission Form 2013, Registration Form Download

PU has announced the schedule for the submission of B.A admission form 2013 and B.Sc Admission form 2013 for Regular and Private Candidates. The last date of form submission and admission fee details are also given below. The admission form and admission schedule is for the annual examination 2013 of B.A (Bachelor of Arts) and B.Sc (Bachelor of Science). Candidates can also download the admission forms.

Following Forms will not be entertained:-

1. In case of any over-writing, cutting or erasing.

2. Incomplete Admission Forms.

3. If three copies of passport size photographs (with light blue backgroung) are not attached.

Regular Candidates

i)	With Single Fee:	10.10.2012	(By post 03.10.2012)
ii)	With Double Fee:	31.10.2012	(By post 22.10.2012

1. Examination fee can be deposited in all on-line Habib Bank Limited Branches. 2. Important Instruction:- The Candidate is directed to get print of all kind of Admission forms on Legal size page of 80 grams, otherwise Admission form will be rejected and University will not be responsible for the consequences. Private Candidates

i)	With Single Fee:	22.10.2012	(By post 15.10.2012)
ii)	With Double Fee:	14.11.2012	(By post 05.11.2012)
