The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has assigned National Testing Service (NTS) the responsibility to conduct GRE Type Test i.e. Graduate Assessment Test GAT-GENERAL for admissions in M.Phil and HEC Scholarship Schemes.
The test result will remain valid for “TWO YEAR” for admissions and HEC Scholarship Schemes.
Candidates with a minimum of sixteen years of education are eligible to appear in the test.
- Candidate intending to improve their previous GAT Score can also apply.
- The candidates will have to qualify other specified criteria of the Universities / HEC Schemes.

All of the students who does not receive the roll number slip for GAT 10th July test and their roll number is in the approved candidate list then they have to take the printout of the page where their name is displayed in the candidate list and their original CNIC with them to the test centre on test day.

i have submitted the gat form through pakistan post from abbottabad on 9.july.2011 and i dont take any verification from gat.plz let me know whether it was submitted or not and where from i can check my roll no
For which GAT test you apply on 9 july 2011
which is on 31 of july according to that shedule list which is provided by nts
there is no such date given by nts you can check above. Or it will be the test which will be conducted by some institute, let me know which institute you have applied.
i havent applied for any university yet. i have seen the shedule on nts site u can check the shedule on its orignal site and let me know after checking it
My dear there is no such date of 31st July 2011 in the GAT General schedule even on the official site. The next GAT General test is on 7th August 2011. You should check it carefully.

Wait you will get soon until 10 days remaining from test date. If you not recieved roll number slip 10 days prior to test date you should call them. Here are some contact numbers
