BZU Admission Test application form or registration form 2012 is given below. Three application forms are given below; one is for GAT Special Test and the other two are for admission in Post Graduate and Undergraduate. These admission test of BZU will held on Sunday, 2nd September 2012. Last date for submitting the application form is 24th August 2012. The schedule of the BZU Admission Test 2012 is as follows:

• By hand submission of Application Form is not allowed
• Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test center premises.
