very rare on open merit.
sir agar kisi b list me name na aye to applicaton de kar admission ho sakta hai agar ho sakta hai to application dene ka kia procedure hia plz tel me….
No there is no such rule for admission.
lekin sir prospectus par to likha hai k vacent seats pr addmission mil sakta hai
Please quote that statement of prospectus here, maybe we can explain it to you.
the faculty reserve the right of filling the open marit seats,if any available after the last date for depositing the university dues against last list of selectees, through call letters within the period of one month.
Its mean that, if the seats still available after the last selectee list then university will dispatched the letters to the candidates which are not yet selected and offer them admission. The letters will also be dispatched according to the merit. So its up to university that it will dispatch the admission offer letter to you or not. If you got the admission offer letter then you can accept the admission by following the instruction given in that letter.
