If seats are still vacant after the last merit list then University may send you the admission offer letter.

because according to 1st merit list in evening program htere is a little hope.

sir agr morning ki last merit list sy koi seat vacant rah jati hy(koi student fee submit nhi krwata) tu kya waiting list sy koi student admission ly sakta hy
Yes if there are still seats available after the last merit list, then the university will dispatch the admission offer to the students in accordance with the merit and number of seats. So if you are eligible and in accordance with the merit and number of seats then you will get admission letter otherwise not.
sir 110 seats han evening ki…..11 bachon ny fee jama karai….tu 2nd list ma 99 seats honi chahiye,jab ky bus 85 seats han 2nd list ma ??? samaj ni aye baat 😛
