College Admission Guidelines alongwith admission form can be obtained from college office during working hours.

Application form for admission must be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and signed by his parent/guardian.

Candidates seeking admission must attach the following documents along with their application form:

  • 3 attested photocopies of Secondary School Certificate/result card for Intermediate classes.
  • 1 attested copy of Character Certificate by the Head of the Institution last attended.
  • For private candidates Character certificate issued by any Gazetted Officer, Nazim or Deputy Nazim must be attached.
  • 3 fresh passport size photographs with blue background (with one attested photograph), bearing the name and father’s name on the back.
  • 1 attested copy of the Computerized National Identity Card of the applicant/parent/guardian.
  • Original Migration Certificate/NOC is required from the student who has passed SSC /HSSC/Graduation Examination from a Board/University outside the territorial jurisdiction of Lahore Board/Punjab University.

 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with Matriculation:

• 85% marks in Matriculation for admission to F.Sc. Pre-Medical and Pre- Engineering.

• 75% marks in Matriculation for admission to I.C.S. (Physics), I.C.S. (Statistics), I.COM, General Science and F.A. Humanities.

• Applicants with Matriculation in Science can apply to both F.Sc and FA, whereas applicants with Matriculation in arts can only apply to FA.

Applicants with `O’ Levels / Equivalent Examinations:

• Applicants whose send up results indicate that they are likely to obtain 6 As or more in 0 Levels can apply for admission to F.Sc. while those with 3 As, or more can apply for admission to F.A. 

• Applicants who have done 0 Levels will apply at the same time according to admission deadlines with provisional certificate from their school.

• Copy of the mark sheet must be submitted to the college as soon as the result is declared.

• Applicants with 0′ Levels / Equivalent Examination must have cleared a minimum of eight subjects including Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics and Islamiat / Scripture / Ethics.

Details of PU BA,BSc Registration 2013

All prospective candidates are informed that Private Registration for B.A/B.Sc. Annual Examination 2013 to be held under The University of the Punjab is commencing from April 16, 2012 with registration fee of Rs. 1850/-. The last date for submission of Private Registration Forms is June 29, 2012. Private registration with Rs. 500/- late fee will be carried out for July 02, 2012 to July 31, 2012. However late fee for registration will be Rs. 1000/- wef 1st August, 2012.
Students who have passed Intermediate or equivalent examination in 2011 or earlier are eligible for B.A / B.Sc. Examination 2013. Individuals who have passed supplementary Examination 2011 must attach original Fail Certificate of 2011 Annual Examination with the registration form. The registration form is not acceptable without original result card and will be rejected.
Following must be attached with the registration form:
Matric, Intermediate or IBCC Equivalence Certificate.
The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate and his/her father.
One Original photograph.
NOC if F.A or equivalent examination has been passed under a Board outside Jurisdiction of University of the Punjab.
Original Bank Challan of Rs. 1850/-
The candidate must write personal postal address as it will be kept in University record and, in future, Roll No. Slips, Result Card and Degree will be forwarded on the same address. Registration forms through Private College, Academies and Care/of addresses will not be accepted.
Registration forms will be received by hand or by post individually. Registration forms sent by academies and private colleges in bulk will not be accepted.
Candidate must fill his/her form himself/herself and get it attested from a gazetted officer.
Registration forms with incomplete details/documents and not fulfilling eligibility conditions will not be considered or accepted and will be rejected.

Note:

40 seats are allocated in each Engineering Programme, being offered under NonSubsidized Scheme, out of which 10 seats are reserved for the candidates having domicile other than Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/FATA. For fee and other information please refer to Undergraduate Prospectus 2011-2012

Important Notes:

Undergraduate Prospectus and application forms are available at United Bank Ltd University campus branch,  Peshawar and from the offices of the Coordinators of all satellite campuses i.e Mardan, Abbotabad and Bannu, on cash payment of Rs 1000/-. Application procedure for other Provinces/reserved quotas is given in the Undergraduate Prospectus. Application forms,complete in all respect , should reach the Directorate of Admissions, UET , Main Campus, Peshawar, on or before 5th August 2011 upto 4:00 p.m.

Please do not wait till the last date. Submit application forms as early as possible to avoid long queues.

Incomplete applications, and those received after 5th August 2011 shall be rejected.
