NUST will announce the entry test result 2012 with in 20 days after the last session of the NUST Entry test 2012. NUST also announces provisional Merit Lists within 20 days along with the entry test result 2012.Candidate will also be allowed to apply for the rechecking of the NUST entry test result 2012.

how to apply for recheking
Rechecking of entry test papers (only MCQs) will be done on the written request of the candidate if received within 15 days of the declaration of result, along with a fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of a bank draft / pay order in the name of NUST. No request will be entertained after 15 days of announcement of result. Applications in this respect may be forwarded to Registrar, NUST accordingly. At least 3 working days are required for rechecking of Entry Test results.

i am confused abt something……….suppose i gave my 1st preference as telecom and 2nd as comp engg if i don’t qualify for my 1st preference would i have to wait for the 2nd list or i could just choose my 2nd preference.
If your merit is good enough to meet the criteria of the 1st preference then you will be selected in that discipline and if you do not meet the merit of 1st preference and meet the merit of the 2nd preference then you will be selected in the 2nd preference. If you will not meet the merit of the both discipline then you will be in waiting list.
