The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has assigned National Testing Service (NTS) the responsibility to conduct GRE Type Test i.e. Graduate Assessment Test GAT-GENERAL for admissions in M.Phil and HEC Scholarship Schemes.
The test result will remain valid for “TWO YEAR” for admissions and HEC Scholarship Schemes.
Candidates with a minimum of sixteen years of education are eligible to appear in the test.
- Candidate intending to improve their previous GAT Score can also apply.
- The candidates will have to qualify other specified criteria of the Universities / HEC Schemes.

we will not issue you your roll number slip it is NTS(National test service) which will issue you your roll number slip. We only provide you information regarding GAT.

Sir plz tellme that the GAT general is valid 4 how many years?? Some says that it’s valid for 1 year nd some says it’s for 2 years… The GAT that is on 9 oct is valid till???

Most of the Universities requires GAT Score for admission as well as some of the companies also require GAT score for Jobs. It is also required for some HEC Scholarships.
Generally GAT General Score is needed to apply for admissions in MPhil Programs

salam sir I have submitted my form for NTS Teacher data base program. In NTS shedule authority mention that provisional student list will be published on 9th of september…… but today on 9th sep there is no list about the required issue….. can u tell me when the list will publish or other information about this regard……………… where from we can prepare better for the exam……………
There is always some delay in publishing lists and results by NTS.
To prepare Test, the books which are recomended by NTS are available at Dogar Publishers. To find the location of stores where books are available let me know your city.
