GAT Subject Schedule 2012, GAT Subject Test Dates 2012

GAT Subject test schedule for the year 2012 is given below. GAT Subject test is a GRE type test conducted by NTS for admissions in PhD programs. GAT Subject Test is required for the admissions in PhD as recommended by HEC, but these requirement will vary from Universities to Universities. So students should check the eligibility criteria of the University in which they are going to take admission. Moreover GAT Subject Test is also mandatory for some scholarship schemes of HEC.

The GAT Subject test result will remain valid for “TWO YEAR” for admissions and HEC Scholarship Schemes.

Candidates with a minimum of eighteen years of education are eligible to appear in the test.

Candidate intending to improve their previous GAT Score can also apply.
The candidates will have to qualify other specified criteria of the Universities / HEC Schemes.

NTS announce the Eligible and Non-Eligible candidate list for the 4th GAT Subject Test on 24th August 2011,the test has to be taken on 11th September 2011. NTS (National Testing Service) announced the Candidate List for 3rd GAT Subject test. Th e 3rd GAT Subject Test will held on 24th July 2011. Students who applied for 3rd GAT Subject test should check their names in the candidate list given by NTS.

GAT Subject Test Schedule 2011.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has assigned National Testing Service (NTS) the responsibility to conduct GRE Type Test i.e. Graduate Assessment Test GAT-SUBJECT for Ph.D Programs.
Subject Test helps to evaluate, analyze, solve problems, understand relationships and interpret material in a specific area of study.
