ETEA Medical Entry Test 2014 Eligibility Criteria

In order to appear for the ETEA Medical Entry Test the students should meet the following given conditions.

  1. A candidate who has passed F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination with a minimum of 60% unadjusted marks.
  2. A candidate who has appeared in F.Sc (Pre-Medical) Part-II or Equivalent Examination and awaiting the result
  3. Students already admitted in MBBS or BDS on provincial seats, are eligible to reappear in the Entry Test if they have resigned/withdrawn their admission and paid the prescribed penalty.

ETEA Medical Entry Test Registration Procedure

The Registration or Application procedure for ETEA Medical Entry Test 2014 is as follows

  1. You will need to have a vaild Email Address
  2. Create Account by clicking the link given below. In order to create account you will need to enter the scratch card code you have purchased.With this account(username and password) you can login any time to our website and submit your form if you havent submitted it as yet or download/print your Admit card if you have submitted your form.
  3. After you have completed step 2, you will be provided with a link to submit your online registration form.For form submissions,you will need a properly scanned or digital passport or NIC standard photograph with light background also
  4. After you have submitted your online form you will get your Admit card in your Email as PDF attachment which you will have to print on plain white A4 sized paper and bring to the testing center on the Test date.Furthermore you can always log in to your KMU account you created in step 2 and download/print your admit card.

ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2014 Eligibility Criteria

In order to appear for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test the students should meet the following given conditions.

  1. Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) examination from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Pakistan, or an equivalent examination overseas, and have obtained at least 60% un-adjusted marks, with combination of subjects listed at serial No.3 below.
  2. Candidates who have appeared in Intermediate Part -II (Pre-Engineering) examination and are awaiting their results. However, they must submit their results before the last date of submission of application form for admission.
  3. Candidates must have the following combination of subjects:
    • For all Engineering & Non-Engg. Programmes: Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in addition,
    • For Computer Systems Engg, Computer Software Engg, Computer Science and Architecture: Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science.
  4. Candidates who have passed three-years post-matric Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or B-Tech exam and have obtained at least 60% unadjusted marks are eligible for Entrance Test against their reserved seats in respective disciplines only (not for open merit seats).

The Registration or Application procedure for ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2014 is online

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

You are eligible to appear in the UET, Peshawar, entrance test if:

  • You have done Part I or Part II of intermediate examination.
    (However, for admission to UET, candidates must score, over 60% unadjusted marks in intermediate, irrespective of the percentage of Part I intermediate result and score of entrance test result.)
  • Candidates, who have passed Intermediate Examination with the subject of Computer Science instead of Chemistry, are eligible for admission in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Software Engineering only. They are allowed to take Entrance Test and attempt Computer Science portion instead of Chemistry.
  • You have valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Entrance Test will be held simultaneously in:
    • Peshawar
    • Abbottabad
    • Swat
    • D.I Khan
  • System will automatically assign you a test center based on your Board for intermediate examinations as per the following criteria:
    • Abbottabad Test Center for Abbottabad Board/AJK & Gilgit Baltistan.
    • Swat Test Center for Swat and Malakand Boards.
    • Peshawar Test Center for Peshawar, Mardan and Kohat Boards.
    • D.I Khan Test Center for DIKhan and Bannu Boards.
    • Candidates from Federal and all other Boards will select any nearest Test Centre at the time of registration.
  • Any false information provided will lead to disqualification. The University reserves the right to initiate further legal action.

GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF ENTRANCE TEST REGISTRATION FEE

  • Before you can login to the online registration form, you need to deposit Rs.1500/- in account number 205505522 in any branch of UBL.
  • Amount less than Rs.1500/- will deny access to online application form and you will have to deposit Rs.1500/- again, irrespective of the initial amount deposited.
  • Give your name and NIC number to the cashier at the UBL.
  • You will receive a receipt.
  • You will have to enter SEQ. No., bank branch code and transaction date as per your receipt.
  • Do not share your receipt details with anyone. University will not be responsible for misuse of your bank receipt.

Preparation of Documents Notice for the Students intending to appear in UET Entry Test 2013:

It is announced for the information of all concerned that this year a Combined Entry Test for entry into B.Sc Engineering and B.Sc Technology programs would be conducted. The Combined Entry Test is expected to be held in August 2013. Applications will be invited from second week of July. All prospective candidates who plan to appear in Combined Entry Test are advised to prepare their Computerized National Identity card (CNIC) or B-Form Issued by NADRA, well in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the time of submitting the application for Entry Test.

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Following the Entry Test, undergraduate admissions will be announced in the second half of August 2013. Prospective candidates aspiring to apply for admission to B.Sc Engineering and B.Sc Technology programs of University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore and its constituent campuses/ colleges are advised to prepare the following documents well in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the time of submitting the application for admission. No application shall be entertained without the following required documents.

  1. Domicile Certificate.
  2. Computerized National Identity Card or Computerized B-Form from NADRA.
  3. Certificate, Diploma, Degree or Detailed Marks Certificates of all the examinations on the basis of which admission is sought i.e. H.S.S.C., Diploma of Associate Engineer, B.Sc., B.Tech. (Pass).
  4. Six (6) passport size recent photographs.
  5. Applicants having equivalent foreign qualifications (e.g. A-levels) must obtain Equivalence Certificate from I.B.C.C. (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen).
  6. If you are applying against reserved seats for the Children of Overseas Pakistanis, you are required to submit following additional documents:
    • i. An employment certificate in original (on Form-VIII) of applicant’s Parent (father/mother)in a foreign country issued by the Pakistani Embassy in that country. Form-VIII can be downloaded from our website or can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
    • ii. A photocopy of resident visa of applicant’s Parent (father/mother), attested by the Pakistani Embassy in that country.
    • iii. Orphan candidates meeting eligibility requirements may be sponsored by their real brother, real maternal or real paternal uncle.Such candidates shall submit an attested photocopy of father’s death certificate along with Form-VIII and acceptable proof of relationship with the sponsor. In case of maternal uncle, nikah-nama of parents and other related documents are required to confirm the relationship.

Note: Scanned / faxed copy of employment certificate and visa shall not be entertained.

Entry Test Result Summary:

 

Online Applications are invited for Entrance Test for admission to B.Sc Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science & Bachelor of Architecture programmes of the University of Engineering &  Technology, Peshawar. The Entrance Test will be conducted by the Educational Testing and  Evaluation Agency (ETEA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Candidates having domicile of  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or FATA, AJK & Northern Areas  (Gilgit Baltistan) seeking admission in  Engineering  Programmes  of  UET  Peshawar  and  its  satellite  campuses (Mardan,  Bannu, Abbottabad, Kohat and Jalozai) on OPEN MERIT /RESERVED QUOTAS / NON-SUBSIDISED SCHEME OR RECIPROCAL BASIS must appear in the Entrance Test. Candidates seeking admission in Computer Science and Architecture may also apply for Entrance Test of  ETEA.

All candidates seeking admission in Engineering Universities / Colleges (Govt.  or  Private  Sector)  located  within  the geographical territory of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall have to appear in the centralized Entrance Test to be conducted by ETEA on 18th August, 2013.

UET Peshawar Entry Test 2013 Schedule

1.     Entrance Test online registration available from : 15-06-2013

2.     Deadline for online Registration(Registration Fee submission date) : 17-07-2013 (upto 4:00 pm)

3.     Entrance Test (all centres) :  18-08-2013 (at 8.00 am)

4.    Announcement of result of Entrance Test :  20-08-2013

Eligibility Criteria

The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:

  1. Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) examination from a recognized Board  of  Intermediate  and  Secondary  Education (BISE)  in  Pakistan,  or  an  equivalent examination overseas, and have obtained at least 60% un-adjusted marks, with combination of subjects listed at serial No.3 below.
  2. Candidates who have appeared in Intermediate Part -II (Pre-Engineering) examination and are awaiting their results. However, they must submit their results before the last date of submission of application form for admission.
  3. Candidates must have the following combination of subjects:
    • For all Engineering & Non-Engg. Programmes: Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
    • For  Computer  Systems  Engg.  Computer  Software  Engg  and  Computer  Science.
  4. Candidates who have passed three-years post-matric Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or B-Tech exam and have obtained at least 60% unadjusted marks are eligible for Entrance Test against their reserved seats in respective disciplines only (not for open merit seats).

Entry Test Online Registration Procedure:

Online entry test form is available at enggentrancetest.pk, candidates have to submit entry test fee of Rs.1500/- (non refundable) in any branch of United Bank Ltd throughout Pakistan. Account title is UET admission fee and account number is 205505522. On successful fee deposit, candidate will receive a receipt having 9 digits transaction number, 4 digits bank branch code and date of transaction. The information will be used as authentication key to online registration form. On successful submission of online registration, candidate will get online entrance test card having his/her Roll Number and test center printed on it.

Test Venue:

The Entrance Test will be held at Peshawar, Abbottabad and Swat simultaneously. Applicants who have appeared in various Boards (BISE’s) will be allocated test centers as follows:

Abbottabad Board:

  • Abbottabad Centre
  • Ayub Medical College

Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, DI Khan Boards:

  • Peshawar Centre
  • Cricket Ground (in Front of Khyber Medical College, Peshawar)

Swat & Malakand Board:
